By booking a session, joining the email list, or purchasing any product or course from Sol’nira (a DBA operated by Tonya Pettis, sole proprietor, San Francisco, California), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. By using our services after we post any changes, you agree to accept those changes. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms, please do not use our services.
While we are fully confident in our work and abilities, we are legally required to state the following: Psychic and intuitive readings are for entertainment and personal growth purposes only and are not intended to replace legal, medical, psychiatric, or financial advice. If you are experiencing health issues of any kind, please consult a medical professional. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a session or any product. All sessions are 100% confidential and are not shared with any outside parties.
Sol’nira makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes, results, or accuracy of any session, reading, course, or other offering. There is no guarantee that you will achieve any particular results using the techniques, ideas, or guidance provided. Energy and intuitive work is inherently personal and subjective, and individual experiences will vary. All information provided is intended for personal growth and educational purposes only and shall not be construed as medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
The services provided by Sol’nira, including all products, are provided “as is” without representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we make good faith efforts to provide accurate and helpful information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sol’nira and Tonya Pettis disclaim all liability for any actions taken by clients as a result of a session, reading, course, or any content provided. In no event shall Sol’nira or Tonya Pettis be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of, delay in using, or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any direct damages arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session or product giving rise to the claim. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, and thus the above limitation may not apply to you.
Sol’nira grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services, including all products (subject to payment where applicable), for your personal use only, in accordance with these terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We may terminate your license to use our services, in whole or in part, without refund, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these terms.
You may purchase access to certain products or services through a one-time payment, installment plan, or recurring monthly subscription, as specified at the time of purchase. When you make a purchase, you authorize Sol’nira to charge the credit card, debit card, or PayPal account you provide on a one-time or recurring basis, depending on the payment plan you select. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent orders, incorrect pricing, or non-payment. For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms specified for that product.
We understand that life and schedules change. Cancellations or reschedule requests for sessions are welcome at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. We are unable to honor cancellation or reschedule requests on the day of an appointment. Please arrive to your scheduled appointment on time. Late arrivals will not be met with an extension — if you are 10 minutes late to a 45-minute session, you will receive a 35-minute session. If you experience technical difficulties connecting to your appointment, please contact Tonya immediately at hello@tonyapettis.com.
Due to the nature of intuitive and energy work, all sales are final. This applies to both sessions and digital products. Refunds are not available for completed sessions or accessed digital products. If you believe you may be eligible for a refund on a specific product, you must contact us at hello@tonyapettis.com no later than thirty (30) days following the date of purchase, stating the reason for your request. Any refund eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of Sol’nira and will only be considered where explicitly noted in the product description. If a refund is granted, you will have no further right to access or use that product. If a technical issue on our end prevents a session from taking place, we will reschedule your session at no additional charge.
Upon purchase of any digital product or course through Sol’nira, you will receive access through the Podia platform. Access is granted to the purchasing individual only and may not be shared or transferred. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Sol’nira is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. Sol’nira reserves the right to revoke access in the event of a violation of these terms. Access terms for specific products will be noted at the time of purchase.
You agree that you will not use our services in any manner that:
• Violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Violates anyone’s rights of privacy, publicity, or intellectual property
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt any portion of our services
• Reproduces, redistributes, resells, or creates derivative works from any of our content or products without express written permission
• Interferes with the ability of others to use and enjoy our services
Where our services allow you to submit content, such as course discussion posts or community comments, you grant Sol’nira a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the provision and promotion of our services. Please do not share sensitive personal information in public discussion areas.
All content associated with Sol’nira — including but not limited to written materials, teachings, courses, frameworks, intellectual concepts, meditations, recordings, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Tonya Pettis personally, unless otherwise stated. This content is made available through Sol’nira and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. All content is for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from Tonya Pettis.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sol’nira and Tonya Pettis from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your submitted content, or any breach by you of these terms.
If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at hello@tonyapettis.com with the following information: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; a description of where the alleged infringing material is located; a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; your electronic or physical signature; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Our services may contain links to third party websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content of any such websites and you should direct any concerns to their respective administrators.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information about the personal data we collect, request deletion of your personal data, and opt out of any sale of your personal data. Sol’nira does not sell your personal data. To exercise your rights, contact hello@tonyapettis.com .
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and use of information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Sol’nira or Tonya Pettis as a result of these terms or your use of our services. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Sol’nira with respect to our services and supersede all prior understandings or representations. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
Sol’nira reserves the right to update these terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Changes will become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
