While we are a small business, we take your privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal information. We control this site from our office in the United States of America. We do not represent that materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Sol’nira (a DBA operated by Tonya Pettis, sole proprietor) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
We collect your name and email address when you sign up for our email list, book a session, or purchase a product. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored by Sol’nira.
When you create an account to access courses or digital products through our platform, we collect your name, email address, and account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. • Create and manage your account access to courses and digital products

By joining our email list you consent to receive periodic newsletters and updates from Sol’nira. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your account and purchases are not subject to opt-out.
If you participate in course discussions or community features, any content you post may be visible to other enrolled participants. Please do not share sensitive personal information in these spaces. Sol’nira is not responsible for information you choose to share publicly within course discussion areas.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older.
California residents have the right to request disclosure of personal data collected, request deletion of personal data, and opt out of the sale of personal data.
