That's what this healing is all about: Integration.
The greatest gift we carry is the uniqueness of who we naturally are. Our aliveness. Our brilliance. Our strength and our softness. The unique balance that makes each of us who we are. Sometimes energetic blockages, trauma, social conditioning, and energy carried over from other times and places can obscure that gift.
As we start the process of integrating ourselves across time and space something really cool starts to happen. We start to be more confident. Allow ourselves to experience new and different things. Our ideas become richer. We start to take up more space – not in a cocky way, lol! – in a way that feels good because we're not shrinking (or pretending). We find that our lives become enriched because we're allowing ourselves to see and experience things in a new way — and it's pretty darn cool to be honest. And more and more we begin appreciating the masterpiece that we are and this experience is.
This offering wasn't something I set out to create. It evolved naturally over years of working with people through Reiki and my continuing study of consciousness. During sessions I began encountering different aspects of each person's soul. Some carried wounds that were ready to heal. Others stepped forward as loving witnesses to remind them of qualities inherent to their being like courage or compassion, or abilities that are natural to them like athleticism or music. And sometimes it was simply to reassure them that they're not alone.
As I continued to grow, more of my guides also became part of the process offering healings and guidance. And what began as a Reiki-centered healing practice gradually became something more as my guides shared more tools and as I continued to learn new things. Along the way, these energy healing sessions transformed my understanding of who we are: truly multidimensional beings. I went from believing this academically to knowing it without question.
That's why every session is informed by your Higher Self
In a meditative state, I invite your Higher Self to connect, and it naturally begins to reveal what is most ready to be healed, integrated, and remembered. Drawing upon a combination of trance mediumship, Usui Reiki, crystal healing, and sacred geometry to facilitate the healing, I work with my highest healings guides to bring you into greater alignment and support you in embodying more fully who you are.
As the session unfolds, the energetic frequencies work to clear stagnant energy, dissolve energetic blocks, heal inner children, as well as clear karmic and ancestral patterns. This helps to strengthen your connection with your Higher Self, allowing more peace and harmony as you reconnect with the innate wisdom within you. Some clients also experience emotional releases and physical healing as they gain a renewed sense of clarity and purpose. After each session, you’ll feel more refreshed and enlivened. It’s also not uncommon for clients to experience dreams within a few days of a session where the healing continued on the astral.
Every session is unique because your Higher Self already knows what is ready to be healed, integrated, and brought into alignment. My role is simply to listen, facilitate, and follow where it leads in partnership with my guides.
These sessions are generally quiet as I enter a deep meditative state and invite you to relax, receive, and simply be present. As the healing unfolds, I'll share any messages that arise from your Higher Self, past, parallel, or future selves, as well as any guides who step forward.
You may come with a specific intention or healing request, or allow things to naturally unfold. In all cases, what transpires is aligned to your highest good and well-being.
This is a 7-session series that unfolds over 6 months. The main reason for this bundling is because this kind of integration takes time. My earnest intention with this offering is to help you grow gently over time and feel supported along the way. There are some things we’ll be able to address in one session and others that will take more time. 4 weeks between sessions gives your body more time to release additional energies and acclimate as your frequency adjusts. This is a natural process for the body and spirit.
Our souls truly are infinite. There will always be more of you to integrate and thus consider this package a way for you to jumpstart your growth, coming away with new tools and practices that will continue to help you grow for years to come.
As each session comes to a close, you’ll receive next steps to guide you between sessions. The package also includes a custom meditation designed specifically for you and will be delivered within 7 business days of the 1st healing session. This healing journey wraps up with a 45-minute reading where you'll receive messages from your Higher Self about your integration process, celebrate how far you've come, and receive guidance to carry you forward. It's a meaningful way to honor the work you've done and set the tone for continued growth.
